The scope includes interior finishes for both the retail and residential areas. The first floor is a fully operating retail space while the second, third, and roof top skydeck operate as the Owner’s personal residential space. Key features include a walk-in refrigerator, upper sky deck, and an elevator. The work will be performed on a tight site with limited access.
