W.S. Gibbs Memorial Park Maintenance Hub

This design-build project involved the construction of a durable and functional post-frame building measuring 60’ x 120’ x 16’, designed to support a variety of uses with low-maintenance features and high-performance materials. The structure includes a covered porch, full overhangs on all sides, and interior ceiling liner panels with exterior wainscot panels, all designed for longevity and aesthetic appeal. Seamless gutters were installed to ensure proper drainage and protect the building envelope. The project also included extensive concrete work, including the building slab, covered porch slab, paved areas, and sidewalk installation. Plumbing scope covered a fully equipped bathroom with a toilet, sink, and utility sink, along with a floor drain, 150 feet of interior sanitary lines, 100 feet of water lines, and one frost-proof hydrant to ensure year-round functionality. This post-frame facility combines practical design with efficient systems, reflecting a streamlined and cost-effective construction approach.
