This large-scale industrial construction project consisted of the design and erection of sixteen total pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) to support a complex power and manufacturing operation. The scope included major structures such as warehouse and maintenance buildings, as well as specialized facilities including EAF receiving, carbon receiving, pelletizer, pellet receiving, and WIP staging buildings. In addition, Patterson Horth constructed multiple ancillary support buildings essential for operational efficiency and long-term performance. This project reflects our deep experience in delivering comprehensive, high-performance PEMB solutions for the power and industrial sectors, with a focus on scale, durability, and logistical coordination.
