Background
Patterson Horth was founded in 1997 by Mike Patterson and Tim Horth, longtime colleagues who shared an entrepreneurial drive and a vision to launch their own general contracting firm. That vision became reality in September 1997 with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality construction services to our community.
Early success was built on strong client relationships, trust, and a commitment to doing things the right way. These principles helped establish a solid reputation and laid the groundwork for long-term growth.
In 2010, Jason Jeffries joined Patterson Horth as a Project Manager, bringing valuable construction management experience. His leadership quickly made an impact, and in 2015 he became a Principal and Owner. Today, Jason serves as President of the company.
While Patterson Horth has grown and evolved since its founding, its core values remain constant: delivering exceptional construction services, exceeding client expectations, and building lasting partnerships. Backed by a dedicated and talented team, we approach every project—commercial, educational, or municipal—with a collaborative mindset, a focus on quality, and respect for the communities we serve.
