Henricks Regional Hospital – Greencastle

This project involved the renovation and conversion of a 35,000-square-foot former Marsh grocery store into a modern outpatient medical office facility. Designed to support a wide range of healthcare services, the space now accommodates primary care, physical therapy and rehabilitation, x-ray services, cardiology, provider time-share offices, and dedicated expansion space for future growth. Exterior upgrades included new aesthetic finishes and color schemes, replacement of existing entrances and storefronts, and the addition of a covered drop-off canopy to enhance patient accessibility and comfort. Extensive sitework was also completed, including parking lot resurfacing, installation of new planting beds and landscaped islands, sidewalk reconfiguration, and signage enhancements. This adaptive reuse project reflects a strategic transformation of a former retail space into a high-quality, patient-focused medical facility.
