Plainfield Splash Island

This project involved a strategic expansion and renovation of an active water park facility, including upgrades to the pool maintenance building and the addition of new guest amenities such as tiki hut cabana rentals, three new waterslides, and a vibrant splash pad. A key feature of the renovation was the full replacement of the children’s play structure in the main pool area, enhancing both safety and guest experience. The project required careful coordination within a limited footprint, navigating around numerous existing underground utilities. Precision planning was essential, particularly due to the extensive concrete work scheduled during winter months—demanding careful temperature management to ensure structural integrity. Our team’s experience in water park construction, phased renovations, and complex utility coordination made this a standout project.
