the Woodland Country Club Improvement Project encompassed the development and renovation of premier golf and tennis facilities over a 1.67-acre project area. The project featured the construction of a 3,026-square-foot Golf Training Building and a 1,378-square-foot Tennis Pavilion, designed to enhance member experience and modernize the club’s recreational amenities. Delivered through a competitive bid process, the scope of work included demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, and the installation of erosion control measures to ensure environmental stability throughout the construction process.
Additional improvements included new lighting systems, landscaping enhancements, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installations to support the facility’s operations. The project also incorporated upgrades to the driving range tee box, cart path network, and new court asphalt surfacing, providing members with a more functional and visually appealing outdoor environment.
